1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telluric Health website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Telluric Health ("Telluric," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What Telluric is — and is not
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Telluric Health is a research and educational publishing platform.
- Telluric Health does not provide healthcare or medical services.
- No physician-patient, treatment, fiduciary, or care relationship is created through use of the Platform.
- No content on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
- Research findings are summaries of published literature and named traditional knowledge systems; they are not guarantees of safety, effectiveness, or outcomes for any individual.
3. Not medical advice; your responsibility
The Platform is for informational, educational, and research purposes only. Nothing on it should be interpreted as a recommendation to begin, stop, or change any food, herb, supplement, medication, therapy, or health practice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making healthcare decisions. You assume full responsibility for all decisions you make based on information obtained through the Platform.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. The Platform is not directed to children.
5. Accounts
Account creation and authentication are handled through our authentication provider. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Paid tiers (e.g., Pro, Premium, Founding) are billed through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and features may change on prospective notice.
You can cancel any time on your membership page. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Monthly plans aren't refunded for part of a month. If you cancel an annual plan, we refund the full months left in your year, counted from the end of the month you cancel in. The month you cancel in isn't refunded. If we charge you twice, or charge you after you've cancelled, we refund that charge in full. To ask about a refund, email admin@tellurichealth.org.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download Platform content or data by automated means.
- Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the research/synthesis engine or its prompts, models, or data.
- Resell, redistribute, or create derivative databases from Platform content without permission.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Circumvent access controls, tier gating, or security measures.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, and its original content are owned by Telluric or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Underlying research is attributed to its sources. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Research findings may be preliminary, conflicting, incomplete, or later revised. Telluric does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Telluric disclaims liability for actions taken or not taken based upon Platform content, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telluric and its contributors from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
